• 100 g mild goat cheese
• 50 g cream cheese
• Sea salt
• Pepper
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• Olive oil
• 3 stems of mint and watercress
• 10 slices of toasted bread or ciabatta

Crostinis with goat cheese cream and fresh herbs


1. Squash the goat cheese with a fork and mix it with the cream cheese until creamy.

2. Mix the lemon juice and 7 tablespoons of oil with the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of oil on the bread slices and bake them at 200 degrees (hot-air) for approx. 6-8 minutes until they are crispy.

4. Spread goat cheese cream on the crostinis. Add fresh herbs and garnish with mint.
